The Bold Experience is a vibe - made stronger each time a woman chooses to show up for herself and others. We support women in building confidence, joy and connections for enhanced wellness and quality of life.

The Bold Experience includes mama wears pants exclusive programming:

  • Bold Mama Fitness offers fun, energizing, and sustainable workouts designed for real life. No extremes. No guilt. Just movement that makes you feel strong, capable, and alive. In-person and virtual classes include dance fitness, functional fitness, interval training and more — all customized to fit your preferred pace and stage of life.

  • Bold Mamas Co. is our member-supported wellness community for bold, busy women committed to growth and connection. Here, support runs deep, friendships form naturally, and progress matters more than perfection.

  • The Bold Journey is our 12-week virtual experience for women contemplating or navigating a new endeavor. Now accepting applications for Fall 2026. Open to women 35-55 years of age residing in Texas.

As a whole, The Bold Experience encourages busy women to take an active role in caring for their physical, emotional and social wellness.
