No extremes. No pain. No guilt. Just movement that strengthens your body, mind, and confidence — so you can show up fully in life.

Becoming healthier and more physically fit takes effort, but we believe it should feel good and make us feel better. Bold Mama Fitness offers three formats - Bold Body, Bold Beats, and Bold Splash.

Classes are led by mama wears pants Founder & Owner, Melissa Acosta, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified MixxedFit Instructor, and Licensed Zumba® & Aqua Zumba® Instructor. Specialties include aqua fitness, dance fitness - Latin and hip hop, and functional fitness for adults 30+.

  • Our group fitness classes serve a range of adult participants and are taught by Certified Group Fitness Instructors with various specialties*. Classes are 45-60 minutes.

  • If you find yourself needing or wanting a choreographed movement sequence for any reason, email Melissa to schedule a 15-minute creative call to discuss your ideas.

    Melissa has decades of choreography experience and can create an easy to learn, yet entertaining routine set to your music of choice.

    Basic cost includes one choreographed routine (90 seconds) plus 4 practice sessions.
